You mean 'giantess' as in:

It's not uncommon for those with giantess fantasies to imagine themselves being used as a human dildo. If you are looking to accommodate your special male friend, your best bet is to ask him and have a good long talk about it. Ask him about turn-offs within that scenario as well.

It could very well be he hasn't thought about it or explored it enough to know what he wants. It could also be he has some ideas, but doesn't quite know how to articulate them.
Instead of trying to figure it all out so you can give him a Christmas present, take the pressure off yourself and realize this is going to be an ongoing process. Just keep the communication going, understand that in the course of experimenting/exploring, there are going to be scenarios that work really great and some that fail spectacularly.
Eventually, you'll both figure out something.

Then you can wrap up a hot rp and give it to him as a present.

It really depends upon how much of a 'giantess' he desires. The 7' dutch woman sounds like a place to start for the imagery your after and the suggestion of lowering the camera angle works well. For instance Spock on Star Trek is not a tall man at all. I met him briefly years ago and was a bit taller than he, then I looked down and saw he was wearing almost two inch heels on his shoes. I'm just 5'10" so consider on the show how tall he looks. They do that with camera angles by lowering the camera. The Ponderosa on Bonanza is actually built to a smaller scale to make the actors look taller than they are as well. So, for your photos and video, look for areas of where you shoot that are relatively small compared to you. A short bed, a small doorway, a small chair, small bottles or small cans of soft drinks, etc. I don't know how explicit the photos or video will be (none of my business unless you wish to share) but using small toys in a video and talking about them as if they were very large might help with the fantasy. Perhaps sitting on a very small bed like a child's bed, slowly pulling on stockings, then playing with a small dildo with your feet and talking as if it's huge? Just a few thoughts to perhaps get you started. He has a wonderful friend in you that you would do this.
