No, the heels you saw with the slit dress are open-toe and since it was freaking cold, I didn't want to subject my poor tootsies to that.

It did not blow a fuse [whoopee !

Of course, there's a lot more work to be done. . . .

LOL, you know, I've searched several news sites and could not find an exact number. Everything I read just said "1-2 range". I really want to know the exact magnitude as well.
