Finally, a good use for Myers-Briggs

whenever i take the test, it balances just about perfectly between INFJ and ENFJ - so, in this instance, a cabernet franc or a rosé

I used to teach this stuff, and I have to confess this is the first time I ever saw MBTI connected with preference for wine.

Me too. They should do it for the MMPI because everyone who takes that is either drunk or crazy!

I always come out INFJ but have never been a drinker so I'll have my Myers-Briggs with a shot of Diet Coke. :D

Poets: Identify your wine! If nothing else, this give you an excuse to buy a bottle.

What Wine are You?

I'm not much for wine unless I'm making spritzers or coolers. Plus, it's been forever and then some since I last took a Meyers-Briggs and would have to retake it to see what my classification is currently.

(Much too tired to go looking for one to take. *yawn*)

I wouldn't consider any of the wines illustrated.

I buy my wine IN France and go for Appellation Controllée as the lowest quality. I like a good Burgundy or a Chablis, both from reasonable years.

I also like a Fino sherry from Jerez, probably by Gonzalez-Byass e.g. Tio Pepe.

But when I am eating a fiery Indian Curry, such as Madras or Vindaloo, then any cheap red wine, bought and produced in France, will do, even at 1 Euro the bottle.

It's funny how INFJs are supposedly rare, but you keep finding them whenever the subject of MBTI arises. :)

(I tested as one, too, by the way...)

I'm not sure what I am on the Myers briggs but I know I like Bordeaux and Chateauneuf de Pape wines. Full bodied old fashioned reds which are going out of fashion I'm led to beliueve.
