doesn't matter which name we give it, the basic elements are the same and should be embraced for what they are and not fight over which religion they stem from. After all, everyone knows they're an aggregate of celebrating the returning of the light, the gathering of people, the pleasures of food and drink and conviviality, a yule log and evergreens. Nothing better to brighten a dark, cold mid-winter than some cheer, and each religion brings elements to enjoy. i love a christmas carol as much as fairy lights and the paganism of a fir tree brought indoors, holly, mistletoe, yule logs and all of it. No need to quantify which religion it's named after unless you want; it's all good. Enjoy your celebrations however you do you.
