You have had something restricting blood flow on your nipples all day. What happens when blood flow is restricted to an area for extended periods?
Well, the area is damaged, and can sometimes have catastrophic consequences.
Did you take the clamps off every so often to allow adequate blood flow?

Agreed, rules and limits. Trust is important, and skype or other video chat is great, but keeping the show would destroy the dom/sub relationship.
