Carrie , had me so scared back in the day
Hey Crazy Girl!

Have you seen the remake? And can I get you anything to drink?

Carrie , had me so scared back in the day

I had quite a day....so I think a nice rye and ginger please...thanks
no I haven't seen the remake but the commercials look good.
*shakes head at Joy*
Hey y'all. Hope everything is going well for ya.
I just wanted to pop in and drop off cover charge. It is again in keeping with the season.
So the boys are excited because we are finally letting them watch scary movies. Oldest is stoked to finally see Night of the Living Dead. I don't think it will be too scary and hopefully it will be a good intro to horror films.
I can't remember my first scary movie. But I can remember the one that scared me the most. The Exorcist. *shudder* Scared the crap out of me!
Okay, so your turn... in your opinion, what is the scariest scary movie?
Blu![]()
Okay... so apparently Stephen King is the big winner and 1sick is a cold hearted sob. [laughs]
I can't believe no one mentioned Nightmare on Elm Street. That one freaked me out too!![]()
Horror movies are so badly done anymore. the last movie that even came close to creeping me out was "Ringu", the Japanese film that was turned into "the Ring" for American audiences.
Blair Witch Project was at least original, but the rest of the crap that oozes out of the Hollywood shit factory is just awful. It's really not much more than a porn formula: a series of gory fx shots held together by a poorly contrived plot and terrible acting.
And ET was pure schmaltz.
[laughs] schmaltz.
How are you today 1sick?
Yeah, and if you've ever had schmaltz you'll get what I mean.
I'm okay, and you?

Are you kidding? I am schmaltz! [laughs]
Busy day for me. Finally getting a chance to sit and relax for a few minutes.
Can I get you a drink?![]()
Glad you're having a moment for yourself. Awfully generous of you to share a bit of that.
Yes, a drink sounds lovely, thank you. Bushmill's if you have any handy. Black Velvet or Pinch would also so quite nicely. Neat if you don't mind.

You got it, darlin'. Will this work?

So have you decided what you are gonna be for Halloween?
Yes, that will do nicely!
I'm going to be a hermit for Halloween. Full on method acting, except I don't have a 'cave', so I'll stay at home. And as I have no sack-cloth available, I'll wear pj's and a fuzzy green bathrobe.
If I start feeling adventurous, I'll put on a Bruins Jersey and chase the little beggars around with a hockey stick.
I want a fuzzy bathrobe!
Will you be wearing a hockey mask while you chase them around?
Nope. Can't find the real McCoy any more.
'Sides, my face is scary enough.
Oh pish.. don't believe that for a second.Besides I hold the title of world's scariest face. Sadly I came in second on scariest body. I really thought I had the damn thing in the bag.
![]()
You thought you had a body bag? That's a rather macabre sentiment, entirely appropriate to the season.
Behind this bitchy exterior lies a truly morbid mind.![]()
As long as it isn't a moribund mind
Oh honey, that is my normal state. [laughs]
Well!
Sounds like you're ready to be an extra on "the Walking Dead", doesn't it?

Crossing my fingers that the call will come in!
Love that show!
Me too!
So what do you think of the current season so far?
