You can link from your own sites (photo sharing places and whatnot)... but according to their guidelines (which I check once a year to see if anything has changed), you still are not allowed to post blatant, in your face sexual shots. Only soft nudes. People do it any way, and if it gets reported, the mod(s) will check it out and give the person a warning to delete the pic(s), and if they don't, then the mods will delete the whole thread.
The mods just don't actively go searching through threads to find the pics that go against the guidelines. They only do if it's reported. So, we'll see what happens.
The crappy thing is, I don't think that law is even still in place any more. I'm pretty sure it was altered. There's plenty of other sites that post the blatant sexual pix. There's no warnings about govt issued stuff on those sites. I think the owners of Lit are just too damn lazy to look into it and to go back to the way it use to be on here
ah well.. what can you do? Just go along with the system *smirks*
