Crimes of Passion

Alrighty. Now we're getting somewhere.

But we need to know the States wherein Bob's and Recidiva's transgressions occurred.

Thanks for caring.

My transgressions occured in the great state of Georgia, where the statute of limitations expired in 1994 (I looked it up yesterday, just in case Laurel thought about getting her Ban Hammer out).

Also, the link posted is from 2004, and Georgia amended their code in 2010 to include a "Romeo and Juliette" exception for age differentials less than 3 years.

I don't think you had physical sex. I think you had a sexually charged relationship with a minor. Not much difference.

So if I think about killing someone, I've basically done it. Even if I just had a "killingly charged" relationship with someone. I killed him virtually, I'm probably guilty of something stupid on that.

You come to a site where you click saying something might be said with adult themes. You go into a thread called "Crimes of Passion" and you expect a true crime confession of the highest order.

Granted I was dumb and flippant, but I'm always fucking dumb and flippant.

There's how many pages of clarification but nooo. Let's not let that stop anybody from being The Decider. And on top of that, deciding I'm not good enough to post in a thread on Lit because nobody ever, ever told a funny story on the internet that wasn't factually or actually true.

And making new threads to troll me, and going into all my threads and trolling me.

Enjoy your righteous blame. You're wrong. If you think I can't be "disrespectful" and "flippant" back to this sort of bullshit statement that you don't have to actually "DO" a crime to be guilty of a crime, submit your brain for reformatting. It's broken.

I guess I've virtually abused you now. Please report me to the nearest police station or fucking grow up.

So if Reci were in Colorado she would be in the clear?

Cool, my early experiences have been legal or at least non prosecutible!
The experiences at the Georgetown Model UN were definitely chargible...

In my state at the time statutory rape could be any removable of clothing worn next to the skin, all of us knew that. ;) We also knew the statue of limitation of it because parents of friends who had been runaways would threaten "runaway again, and we will have X charged with statutory rape."

I'd be "in the clear" in any state because I didn't have sex.

It looks like none of that matters and you're in the clear, because the age of consent in Georgia is 16. She could have been 16 and you 60 and it would have been legal.

No articles of clothing that you help remove?

It was February. We were in a parking structure in subzero weather. We probably didn't even touch skin when we hugged or shook hands. Gloves.

Wow, I have done worse than that. I hugged Lady Funk under those conditions, no gloves on her part. Who knows how old either of us really is ? ;)
