So, I refuse to bond over cats but I think I can totally bond over food, mixed drinks and finding out that she plays spoons. =D

Perhaps we unite due to something Rhys or Tommy does? I mean Sous Chef and busboy are in the kitchen. Or maybe Brian? Mwahaha!

Who's the head chef? Sous chef is usually second in charge.

Involving a group member will be more fun than a made up asshole. :rolleyes:

Background: At the age of 2, Ryan lost his parents in automobile accident. Their car was hit by a sleepy driver of a semi truck on their way home from a date night. He was taken in by his aunt and uncle on his father's side, a pair of self made millionaires. He was spoiled a little bit by being their only child, giving him ample chances to get into trouble and fights. Although he was a troublemaker as a child, he soon grew out of it by the time he reached high school.

After high school he attended a four year college, graduating with a BS in Criminal Science. However he acquired a bit of debt from college and his parents didn't want to help bail him out. Without any real experience of work, he was giving the choose of a part-time job or the military. He choose the military.

Fours years serving active duty as a drone operator paid off his debts without any problems. However his parents soon passed away during a term of service overseas, his final term of active duty. They left him two million dollars of inheritance, but with stipulations. He was only able to use the money for basic living expense.

He left active duty to take up service part time in addition to find a higher paying job. He has only been working at Quinn's for four months as a part-timer while hunting for a more permanent job.

Personality: Though Ryan may seem little a shy guy from all appearances, he's more of one of the quiet types, as some may put it. He doesn't try to waste words when he speaks, trying to think things through before hand. He does open up, but the right buttons have to be pushed. Though he can get over emotional from time to time, he does his best to keep things in check. Though there is more beneath his exterior, time and the right way could bring out more.


Hopefully this guy will meet the "standards" put forth. After all, somebody has to try and put some stability in the chaos, for now. Plus being mysterious can let me go in so many ways.

I think Ryan should go from busboy to bouncer on the busy weekend nights. =)

It's a bunch of women with mostly quiet men. The guys don't know what they're in for!!!

Personality: They say the greatest weapon is one's mind. Strengthen it. Nourish it. Wield it....and one can accomplish. Anything. Yet...turn away, and abandon. Any and every. Thing, that relates. And it can. It will. Destroy one.

But enough about...inconsequence.

Ethan, for all intents and purposes, has the well bred mannerisms of someone hailing from the Midwest. Polite and respectful above all, maybe a little too much. That may be why he's in the Service Industry. It's his...rampant imagination, however, which causes him some -- if not all -- issue. Most especially with the female gender. He...tends to give way to, well, quite romantic delusions. Sometimes. These mind escapades can replace reality for him. Maybe not. But, he'd be so hopeful as to think so. After all, she -- THEY -- were having such the blast together! In reality, he has difficulty translating what's inside of him. Out. Through his lips. As a conversation piece. Or an action sequence. So he stumbles the mite. And comes off awkward. That in itself can be endearing.

Oh. His V CARD is still intact. Perhaps that's why he's, hmm...school boy naive about romance, love. And women?

History: Originally he's from the Cornhusker State of Nebraska. Where life slows. To a halt. There is no hustle. Or bustle. Just genuine conversation. Cows. And Go Big Red fanatics.

Coming from a house with four brothers, it was challenging to not. Get lost. In the shuffle. At second to youngest. He did just that. Dad was the major bread winner. Mom the primary care taker. Until she was diagnosed with depression. They say once you have it, you can never get rid of it. Truly. And all of the pills, sleep, and doctors' visits attested to this. To the day she committed suicide. Or tried to. Ethan was eleven at the time. To avoid the reality of this. He recoiled into the recesses of his. Mind. Movies were pivotal too.

Around the time right before high school graduation, he had begun the journey. Unto the Internet. Chat Rooms. Communicating, safely, behind a screen. It was perfect! It enabled him to connect with someone over in Tacoma, Washington. A female individual. After months of emails and chat sessions, he enrolled in a local College there. In Seattle. And met his internet girlfriend.

It stopped before it started. She wasn't impressed by his lack of experience. How he was always tongue tied. And why he was always apologizing so much. In all fairness. She was his first. Relationship. Which ended up being an awesomely....horrid experience for him. Perhaps then. It forms the basis -- the mold -- for which he is unable to. Deliver. Himself. In a way. That would be easily receptive. To all that are. Female.

Almost three years later. Ethan still is in school. And he works part time at the QUINN's Bar & Restaurant.

Though, Ethan must be extra awkward to still be one with his lost puppy looks. ;)

Anyone want to talk about Quinn's layout? We have bar, a stage, tables and kitchen.

Separate dining area outside of tables at the bar???
 
Lol, glad Ryan was accepted. Hell, I'm sure he wouldn't mind at all to be a bouncer if needed. Fights do tend to break out where alcohol is concerned.
