Today, I've woken up to.clear skies!
Got all excited and checked the weather...... rain developing by lunchtime with thunderstorms towards the evening and strong winds.
Still - we get a couple of hours of vit D before the shitty stuff comes :)

I changed my av because, as someone pointed out, the other one was nearly a year old!

....But wait, there's more!
The wind and rain has been increasing for a few hours.
We have warnings for gale force winds gusting to 110km/hr :(

Actually, I've just finished taping all the windows on the weather side of the house! Yep, it's that bad!

Sadly, with my man being away, all thoughts of wet blowing have been shelved :eek:

How was your day?
Mine was spent driving bad roads for miles and miles, to get my kidlet to the orthodontist who has given him pain (and a new retainer).
 
What a wild and woolly night!
Strongest winds recorded all year here - gusted up to 141km/hr.
We came thro though. No damage here apart from some trees and the power went out for a while.

I finally got to sleep around 3am.

My days been ok, working :(

Today was TAFE day so pretty good.

Got soccer training tonight so a good excuse to get hot and sweaty ;)

I have to list each and every model car for insurance. I'm about a fifth of the way thro - and that's with doing this every night for the last week!
Plus, I have been neglecting my housework, so I have the music pumping today and am slowly working my way thro it.

Btw - the sheeps HATE Pink! :D

Every model OMFG!!!!!!! you could be there till christmas and still miss some.
Doesnt music pumping make not just houese work but everything better.
Wishing i could have pumpin music more often :devil:

Luckily, I live far from everyone so I can have my music full volume and don't have to worry about it :D
Just wrenched my bad elbow getting firewood, so that's it for me for today :(

Each model has to be photographed and then the details added, as the insurance classes them as 'Artworks' and I have to prove provenance! :eek:

..... strange day....

Was talking to the bro yesterday and he reported nearly falling off his twig it was so Arctic in his part of the Apple Isle - I think he means Antarctic but whatever it was... it was severely cold.

Glad to hear that you haven't frozen ... but you really should be a bit careful when hauling logs, you know. ;)

Trip is delayed a bit.... likely sometime mid to late October now.

I think I cracked it - just about to head down to the doc .... thank God for friends willing to drop everything to.drive me! Will report back once I've had it looked at.

I told my man today that I can't move to QLD :(
This might be the end :(

My daughter needs me close, as does my no1son and the kidlet.

Dammit - I need support..... and I haven't made close enough friends here to get it :-(
