The recommendations I'm seeing in this thread is that more than one orgasm in the foreplay would be helpful/is needed to orgasm from anal sex. I'm also going to guess that the orgasm was clitoral - it may have been easier for her to orgasm from anal sex if the g-spot had been woken up and used beforehand.
