Xbox lately. Started the Deadpool game yesterday, finished it early this eve, and have been going through trying to get achievements and upgrade all my weapons (for an achievement). Then I'll be back to trying to actually play through all of Dragon Age II, some more Borderlands 2, and maybe get back to playing Rift on the PC

I hear ya there.....SSDT. ;)

I had two of my nieces over earlier and we played video games, Little Big Planet 2 for PS3...**** game and we spent a good while just goofing around with it.

Really, she's doing cosplay now? What sort of characters has she tried out?

As for me, I have been busy with work but making sure to get in some downtime here and there. Other than that though, nothing much is really going on, but thankfully nothing to complain about either. ;)

Take it easy hun and I hope we get a chance to chit chat soon?

(PS - Playstation is better! ;) )

That's adorable... you always have been so good with the youngins :)

Her first one is Link from Zelda (check the "other" place.. I posted some pix). She got the tunic and hat sewn, and she's been working on the shield past couple of days (making out of foam board mainly). It's almost done, then she'll figure out how she wants to do the sword... and then she'll need to either make some ears or buy some. She's also made two sets of horns for characters from this online thing called Homestuck (the characters she wants to cosplay are "trolls" of the zodiac). She's bought the material needed for one of the ones she wants to do, hasn't started doing anything with that yet though.


Yeah yeah.... I still <3 my Xbox... but Microsoft really disappointed me at this years E3. Sony definitely won the day. We won't be able to get either one when they come out, but we do plan on getting a PS3 when the PS4 comes out, because the price should drop on it some. Then I'll finally be able to play the Uncharted games, Infamous and Last of Us :)


We def need to catch up sometime soon! :kiss:

Aww shucks, thank you. :D They are definitely more than worth the time and energy needed to play around with. And they're all a riot in their own wonderful ways.

Shall do…is she going to do a wooden sword, like really made of wood, wood or metal made of foam? As for the ears, that shouldn't be too hard to make. Trolls of the zodiac huh? Sounds pretty interesting.

Heck yeah, plus we maybe able to play some games together….depending on what we got. AND it'll be….*gasp* for free! Well save the cost of an internet connection. Unless you're "borrowing" from a neighbor. ;)
