Anyone signed a contract for BDSM? What is included in your contract?

Nope, but the first time I subbed for her she did give me a list of rules and do's and donts...contract to me would seem to formalize the whole thing too much and in my mind is reserved for a more 24/7 "slave" arrangement......I would be careful about signing a contract, most probably aren't enforceable legally though...

No contract as such, but I had to write a list of promises as to how I would behave and what my Master could expect from me. That is combined with my checklist.

I have a contract with Master that outlines limits and expectations. We both signed it and both have a signed copy.

I do not consider Master my significant other, but he is the only one with whom I have a relationship.
I agree that it is significant as a symbol. There are not dos and don'ts for Master per se in my contract, but I don't feel they are needed. It does cover limits (which you could consider don'ts) and everything I need it cover in regards to his actions and treatment of me.
Sorry I should have been more clear...unless the contract is totally symbolic I wouldn't consider anything like it with my SO when I Dom or if if sub for her...I can see the value of them with someone you aren't otherwise involved with thoigh

Myself and my SO never had a contract, although at the beginning of our relationship we did write down our do's and dont's in a non formal way (over email I think, it was a long time ago). We have 2 safe words. The first one lets him know I am close to my limit and he should either take a break or slow down (depending on what he is doing) and the second one is the 'stop' one.
I have never had a BDSM based relationship with someone who I wasnt emotionally involved in (in fact my SO is my only one), but if from that point of view I think it would be sensible to lay down written rules, especially if you don't know the person emotionally.

Contracts can be fun. They do not have to be permanent they can be written for a limited period to, for example, introduce and explore new elements in the relationship. A great game is to have your sub write a contract to introduce a new activity or a new toy under conditions where they are not allowed a safe word. Alternatively, you the mistress / master draft the contract and have the slave sign it in order to either stop you from continuing with something they don't like or to induce you to do something they do like to happen (normally, in my case both, stop teasing and let them come). Having the slave read out the contract aloud as you edge them is quite fun too.
'Short term or fun' contracts should be as imposing and pompous as possible yet specific and detailed: imagine, biggest butt plug yet, no safe word, badly drafted contract!
Here's part of a specimen contract I helped to write. I'm told that legal should not contain punctuation contracts (UK law) so it appears badly punctuated.
"Contract of submission."

If proxies should make demands that are directly conflicting the slave may request the master to give guidance on how that conflict is to be resolved. For the purposes of clarity it must be understood that nominees and proxies may be: female or male, young or old, fat or thin, ugly or attractive or in any state in between.

"Deportment and demeanour of the slave."
The slave must at all times and upon every occasion do exactly as the mistress / master or nominees and proxies of the mistress / master bid without hesitation or pause for either reflection contemplation or consideration. If a direction is impossible then a slave may alert the master to this but they must then comply with the direction in so far as is possible. The slave must at all times remain alert to directions from the mistress / master and all nominees thereof.
The slave is not permitted to look upon the face of the mistress / master or any nominees thereof unless directed to do so. The slave should whenever possible look at the feet of the mistress / master and their nominees. Failing this the slave should direct their gaze upon the floor beneath them or at an empty portion of wall. The slave is neither permitted modesty nor privacy and must undertake any and all actions in plain view. The slave is not permitted to talk speak or make other audible utterance unless requested or invited to do so by the mistress / master or a nominee thereof.
The slave has no right to privacy or modesty but rather must display themselves willingly at all times with hands kept well away from nipples genitalia and buttocks unless the slave is ordered instructed or invited to obstruct the view by a mistress / master or a nominee thereof. If the slave is female she must not keep her legs together unless invited to do so.

"Preparedness of the slave."
The slave must keep themselves scrupulously clean and free of odours at all times. If the slave is male they must strive to keep an erection at all times if the slave is female their vagina should be naturally moist at all times. The slave will keep their anus well greased at all times.

I have made contracts before the internet was even invented.
I did it for fun and it was.
If I was to have one today I'd have my slave write it up.

Yes we have a contract. To us its a list of promises and expectations. Has to be different for everyone. No pair is the same in any shape or form.
The content depends on the reason for it.
We passed it back and forth before it was finalised.
We found it a good way of exploring what we wanted from our relationship.
I think if we revisited it there may be additions and bits that aren't relevant any more as our relationship has matured.
Maybe we should do an annual review lol
