Justice for Trayvon??

In her case, and in yours, someone who thinks whites are superior.

However generally I would define it more broadly as someone who attributes special properties to members of a given race. But your special and a more vile word is really needed for you and Outlander and the like.

How I never knew this about you is frightening.

What didn't you know? That I tell the truth?

I didn't know you were a racist. Whether or not your lying remains to be seen. I just didn't know that I need to double check everything you say because you're a racist. That's all.

Obama was elected because of affirmative action? PLEASE. You might be able to sell that's how he got past Hillary and that Hillary isn't a divisive figure in American politics but that has nothing to do with how he beat McCain or Romney. One was bitch slapped by history (and even then you have to suspect he tried to lose by picking Palin and the other tried to be someone he wasn't and convinced a lot of people that he was that other guy or at least did a good enough job to confuse the hell out of a lot of people.

Sometimes street cops decide to make an arrest on minor cases, such as disorderly conduct or traffic infractions or drunk, etc. However, in the case of a shooting, they do not have that choice. That is up to the prosecutors, and they look over a case before deciding whether or not to proceed to trial.

In this case, they had a neighborhood watchman who claimed self-defense in the shooting of a young man. The prosecutors listened to a tape of the 911 call he made, interviewed witnesses and the shooter and observed his injuries. They decided then the shooter was almost certainly telling the truth, and that a trial would be expensive and would almost certainly result in an acquittal, with the probable result of race riots. Given these facts and estimates, the prosecutors decided against pursuing a charge. You can call that sweeping it under the rug if you want, but that would have been far better than what is likely to happen this weekend and next week.

No, what happened was, the life of a young Black American male taken away for no reason was considered to be inconsequential and that it wouldn't matter if it went quietly away and didn't upset the apple cart, like so many others of similar happenstance.

That didn't happen this time. And now we are here. What is "likely to happen" already happened. And it will keep on happening until people start wanting to give a fuck about things other than themselves.

I am not someone who minds being called a racist. I am someone who actively resents the constraints of political correctness. For too long there have been too many taboos and sanctions against drawing attention to black crime, black stupidity, black illegitimacy and so on. Keep in mind that I am talking about averages. I am not maintaining that all blacks are stupid, all are criminals, all have illegitimate children and so on.

When Barack Obama ran for president in 2008 I was impressed by his degrees from Columbia and Harvard Law School, and the fact that he taught at the University of Chicago Law School. I respect high IQ's and fancy college degrees. I though that with his humble origins he had to be really intelligent to get into those schools and graduate from them.

Then I learned that he has never released his grades or mental aptitude test scores. Although he was the editor of the Law Review at Harvard he never wrote anything for it. Although he taught law at the University of Chicago, he never published anything there either. All of this shows evidence of affirmative action.

President Obama is obviously less intelligent than Franklin Roosevelt was. He loses conflicts to the Republicans when he has popular opinion on his side. The Great Recession is less serious than the Great Depression, but his response has been less adequate. I got tired of making excuses for Obama, just as I got tired of making excuses for blacks long ago.

I guess that decision will be up to the jury, after all, thats why we waste all of that TV time in the court room.

Exactly. And I have no idea exactly how the jury will decide, given the vagaries of the poorly constructed "Stand Yo Ground" law.

The low quality of arguments presented against what I am saying about the Negro race helps to explain why blacks and their white apologists try to suppress the discussion of black inadequacies.

The liberal call for "a dialogue on race" is as hypocritical as their other stands on race. White liberals call for school integration while refusing to send their children to predominantly black public schools.

Don't waste the energy. Cat is vile, always has been.

The stand your ground law is irrelevant in this case. If one has the legal right to carry a concealed hand gun one has the right to use it against an unarmed assailant.

CNN (Again) Refers To George Zimmerman As A “White Hispanic”…

CNN should demonstrate its dedication to being non-partisan and start referring to Obama as a “white black.”

(CNN) – Florida authorities have a message as the verdict in the George Zimmerman trial looms: raise your voice, not your hands.

Anticipating that the outcome of the very public, and racially-tinged, case is likely to disappoint one swath of the population or another, law enforcement agencies have set up a response plan.

Part of it is a public service announcement that the Broward County Sheriff’s Office released this week.

In it, a black teenage boy and a Hispanic girl urge viewers to “stand together as one. No cuffs, no guns.”

Zimmerman is a white Hispanic who is on trial for last year’s shooting death of Trayvon Martin, a black teen, in Sanford city. Sanford is in Seminole County.

See what a service I provide to the black community with my above-board racism? Mine is like wearing a sandwich board with it spelled out. My black friends say I'm as transparent as a loaf of white bread. They aint gotta look all around like a bird shit on them or whatever.

Your black friends?

Prosecutor Invokes Martin Luther King

Zimmerman prosecutor Prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda invoked Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech in describing the testimony of trial witness Rachel Jeantel.

Rionda described Jeantel as “unsophisticated,” but argued that she is the most valuable witness the jurors have heard from. Jeantel was on the phone with Trayvon Martin moments before he was shot and killed and testified last week that Martin told her that Zimmerman was following him.

Rionda told the jury: “I had a dream…that today, a witness would be judged not on the color of her personality, but the content of her testimony.”

Jeantel’s testimony attracted media attention for her distinctive mannerisms and combative responses, but the prosecutor argued that she is nonetheless one of the most honest and reliable witnesses in the trial.

What does "stand your ground" have to do with it? Z is pleading not guilty by reason of self-defense, which is a plea widely accepted in every state or other jurisdiction.

I agree, especially when she admitted she did not write the letter that was in evidence and in fact could not read it.

Oh mai fucking gah.

In a fucking country that for about three and half years, virtually damn near all of the people that voted against President Obama sucked down and shit back out the lies that he wasn't American? All because of his name, his skin color, his father's heritage? To say the LEAST? And for all those on your side who supposedly had some kind of fucking sense to know the difference but couldn't be arsed to stand up and vocally challenge the bullshit rhetoric circulating on their side of the fence because they needed everything they could use to diminish him, even when it was all bullshit?

You come with the weak-ass also-ran bullshit that HE'S the one using race?

Jesus fucking christ, how tight is that tiara on your head?

Using YOUR LOGIC, what were all those FULLY WHITE presidents doing with their FULLY WHITE parts of themselves to punish those they felt angry at? Or were they fucking paragons of race-neutral altruism?

Obama had a great opportunity....and he has completely blown it. He had a chance to remove race as a barrier for those who still have an issue with it. Instead, he has made it front and center to every single criticism that comes his way (with help of the media, of course).

Things are worse...not because people want them to be....because Obama wanted them to be.

The only chance Obama had to erase the race barrier would have been to have resigned on day one claiming he didn't deserve his station. Other than that he has done anything.

It's funny just by existing he has all the racist whites that used to be shamed into scurrying like roaches standing up for themselves. He has been destructive, good on him .
