When I was 19, I was at a party at my cousin's house. She was dating a guy we went to highschool with; a guy I had had a major crush on in our senior year. I wonder how many of the guys realize that it's the ones that just talk that really get our attention?
The ones I like, the ones with whom I've taken conversations into a more personal, private venue are exactly the ones who were never crass or vulgar.
It sounds to me like you just need to keep on the way you're going--if he's interested he'll show it.

Exactly. I am far more likely to talk with the males on Lit that PM me for something other than wank fodder. The ones that make me laugh or smile, or get me thinking are the ones that are far more likely to get a response from me instead of just hitting the delete button.
