Thanks. I'm not fond of the taste of fondant, but I love working with it. There will be buttercream under the fondant so that's okay with me. I'll just peel the fondant off.

Heard from the kiddo. She's safe and sound and set up in the cabanas that they rented. She won't be able to contact me often, they only have one ipod to do all their communication on via emails. The church is a firm believer in not allowing electronic devices like ipods/ipads to be on the trip because people tend to play on them when they are supposed to be working.
