While in public the other day, I felt soo tempted to give my nipples a little tweak. They were impossibly hard. I guess going braless makes it very difficult to men to look you in the eyes when talking, or so it seems....

lol so true...but it really makes a guys day to see something like that.
 
I read an article recently that said there have been studies that have proven that a woman's breast actually is harmed more by a bra then going without. It said that from years of measuring women that did not wear one, the chest muscles developed and helped raised the breasts rather than let them sag as much as they do when we wear a bra for years. The muscles do not do what mother nature intended when we wear a bra. Who knew? It is too late for me to try that now but it might have been fun had I known this a few years ago. I do like going natural sometimes but after a while it gets sore and tender.

This is right. What is really bad is women wear bras way to small. I dont get that. Just like any part of the body you need good circulation to tissue to be healthy. To bring in nutrition and take out cellular by products.

The push up bras I can understand to give more lift and help show cleavage when needed but to wear one too small all the time? Dunno why either. I have tried riding a couple of times braless and did like it a lot but like I said, after a while the fabric makes my nipples sore and the breasts tender.
 
I always go braless. And always have hard nips. Yes I workout braless too.
 
My wife is pretty well endowed, when we first took up a mostly nudist lifestyle she was concerned about 'the girls' as she calls them.

She read an article along this line and so comforted agreed, but only after deciding to document them, to a trial period.

After 6 months (albeit with exercises geared to this issue) they were sitting noticeably higher than before. Like any muscles, exercise them or lose them.
 
Nothing gets my heart racing quicker than seeing a braless big nippled woman out in public, I'm probably in the minority but I love small tits with big nipples, a cup or b cup ---- course I wouldn't turn away from any size cup :)
 
I wish I could remember where I read the article about bras actually being bad for us but for the life of me I can't. I am guessing it was a story off of yahoo.
 
I only go braless in public when the clothing material is enough to hide the fact. Most of my clothes would be to risque.
 
I went running once in quite a loose-fitting top with no bra. Needless to say, quite a bit was on display. I've also been running in white shorts and no panties, but that's for another thread, I think. :)

Love the braless woman - especially with the smaller tits. NYC's SoHo area is great for nipple spotting. Love Spring and Summer!
 
I went to the gym once in a sports top with a built in bra/liner. Never thought much of it until I got to the gym and walked past one of the mirrors. I guess the a/c put pretty much everything on display. I definitely didn't expect them to poke out that much. :eek:
 
Oh, I can't stand bras! I take mine off the minute I get the chance. I'm pretty well endowed so it's very obvious when the lady's are free. Usually I only wear one to work and try to get away without one where ever else I go.

When braless, in public, do you ever graze your own nipples, just cause it feels so good to feel the tingle.....
