This is something that I love to see so much!

A light, sheer fabric draped over the chest so that the breasts and nipples push it outward is such a good way to show them off, especially if the nipples are erect. And better yet if the lighting shows the outline of the areolas too!

It's just breathtaking to see a woman who appears to be aroused with erect nipples.
 
I was at Home Depot the other day and there was a lady walking around the garden department in a tank top with no bra, her nipples quite erect. Always makes me wonder if she is doing it for the thrill of being noticed, or just because she had small boobs that probably didn't need support on a hot day.
 
In my 20's I never wore a bra, just hated the restrictive feel of the band around me, plus being on a very low wage at the time considered them to be an unecessary purchase. I was braless for around 5 years, completely naieve of the effect it appears to have on men.
These days I can't go without, they went and got very big and frankly it hurts to go without for long, but I get to wear some nice lacy bras

Had a coworker of mine always showed up Braless
When wife wasn't around and her tts where nicely shaped

I think sometimes women, who well understand the effect that being braless has on men, will go to someplace with a lot of men and affect them. Home Depot is one such place.

My wife who is VERY modest in public, "accidentally" wore something low cut the other day. She was actually a little uncomfortable, but I LOVED thinking men were checking out her boobs cleavage.
