So if Muslims in America started organizing militias...

You do understand the Amendment process is not democratic, right?

Very very very few process's are entirely democratic...just as few are of the old republic you seem to think we are..... But in the end the ultimate power is still in the minds of the people...if we don't buy/accept it then the law is not valid. Just ask King George...

Wow, what a surprise Mr. Badazz...

...you champion "Brute force" as "the only authority" needed to enforce the abolition of Declared unalienable rights.

No...I said it is the ONLY authority...as in anywhere, it ALWAYS comes down to force. But I'm glad you highlighted "Declared" .....another word for opinion...you're starting to get it.

You maintain that if a majority decides that the unalienable right of free speech is nonsense and that speech can be regulated as much as a majority deems...

..."Brute force" is "the only authority" needed to guarantee that that mob-rule rules.

Always has been always will be.

..but is a nation of men whose arbitrary whims are authorized by whatever "Brute force" is mustered.

Have I got that right...

When has it ever been any different?

..you petty little friggin' wannbe tyrant?

?? Did you forget your meds today? Or are you just so retarded you don't understand our government and the laws it enforces ARE ALLLLLLL arbitrary, imaginary whims authorized by whatever force is necessary. If it wasn't law would be totally meaningless and anarchy would ensue....

There is no magic spells or voodoo...it's all in your head and on paper...if the herd doesn't agree the paper loses all meaning and there isn't anything anyone can do about it...if there was we would still be flying under the flag of the Roman Empire...

You actually think you can abet mustering enough "Brute force" to persuade that many individual Americans that their unalienable rights aren't unalienable at all?

Not a chance in hell....

But if those Americans get together and decide that right aint' so untouchable and unalienable after all then what?

Free speech sure...but there are rules on how to do it (mob rule setting limits) or we will throw you in cuffs and take you to jail (brute force).

I CAN'T YELL FIRE IN A CROWDED EVENTor MAKE DEATH THREATS, ZOMG MY UNALIENABLE RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH!!! YOU THEY CAN'T DO THAT!!! MOB RULE!!! EVIL DEMOCRATIC TYRANNY!!!

Maybe you ought to just go ahead and eat that bullet...

...so you can consult personally with King George about how that worked out for him.

Yes...perfect example...

King George was unable to sell us his idea of unalienable rights (most of which belonged soely to him)....we didn't recognize those rights, he was unable to enforce them so we got our way.

Same thing is happening today....Gubbmint says Cannabis is the most deadly substance in the universe and should be strictly prohibited, we the people call bullshit and now that enough have joined that herd they can no longer enforce it...TYRANNY!! EVIL DEMOCRACY!! ZOMG!!

What about when the herd decided one person could not own another like property? UNALIENABLE RIGHTS TO PROPERTY!!!! I OWN THAT NIGGA!!! You and your "everything is in stone" types screamed...well...you lost to the herd that time too.

Was it actually your intention to out yourself as a Marxist in this thread...

...or should you just thank me for opening the closet door for you.

Wait....my not believing in the demonstrably false/imaginary concept of an absolutely concrete unalienable and untouchable right, makes me a Marxist??

The fact that I understand democracy does have a strong roll in not only our government's political process but our social structure/behavior....... makes me a Marxist???

Do you even know what the fuck a Marxist is?

What makes you a Marxist is championing collective will over individual right; what makes you a Marxist is championing force to to ensure collective will over individual right...

...do you even realize how closely you parrot Marx's thoughts on "democracy"?

You don't recognize individual right anymore than you value individual life...

...yeah - you're definitely a piece of sh!t Marxist.

Wow. That's a special brand of crazy you got yourself there. Besides who cares if some ideas resemble Marx? Are we supposed to stop doing something because Hitler, Marx, Stalin, Castro or Saddam did it? I sure hope none of those guys liked eating.

Go away, dweeb...

Why would I do that when I'm enjoying watching Bot tap dance on your skull?

What makes you a Marxist is championing collective will over individual right;

Where did I ever champion collective will over individual right??

All I did was state that our gubbmint is NOT a republic and that democracy does have a very real and powerful role, sometimes the dominant one, just as much as the republican aspects of our gov. Right down to the concept of voting....

You interpreted that as championing collective will over individual right? Smoke some of this...

you need it more than I do.

Where did I champion force over individual right???

I simply stated that laws right or wrong are enforced via force....or the law loses meaning...do you have any evidence to the contrary? Most sane people understand this concept...that's why we don't pay attention to silly laws still on the books from 100 years ago.

That makes me a Marxist??

...do you even realize how closely you parrot Marx's thoughts on "democracy"?

So? Is that some kind of evidence or proof that they are wrong? Or that somehow America is or ever was supposed to be democracy free as you claim??

You don't recognize individual right anymore than you value individual life...

Oh I recognize individual right...

I'm just sane enough to also recognize that in order for any sort of functioning society to prosper those individual rights end the second they endanger others or infringe on their rights. I.E. you cannot yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater without being subject to penalty of law(the collective herds rule).

Valuing individual life? When the fuck was that ever in the discussion ?? How does my alleged lack there of make me a Marxist?? How did you come to the conclusion I don't value individual life??

...yeah - you're definitely a piece of sh!t Marxist.

You can't even identify or define a Marxist....

Nearly every post in this thread is stupid.

Except for this one of course. And maybe a few others.

IF YOU WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE SUSPICIOUS THAT THE FEDS WANT TO CREATE AN ILLEGAL REGISTRY OF PEOPLE’S GUNS: Docs Show Napolitano Thanked Missouri Governor For Breaking State Law. “Missouri Governor Jay Nixon repeatedly denied knowing anything about Missouri illegally sharing its citizens private CCW information with the federal government, even after his own head of Missouri Highway Patrol contradicted him in a public hearing. Now we’ve learned that Nixon not only knew about the violation of Missouri law, but he was thanked in a letter by Janet Napolitano. Missouri law — signed into effect by Gov. Nixon himself — prohibits full compliance with the Real ID Act. This includes sharing Missouri’s conceal carry list, which officials under Nixon did, with his full knowledge, according to this letter.”

Is that what you think you're doing?

Because you're boring me silly again.

But then, you don't seem to have much else to offer.

Sesame Street will be on shortly. It was tailor-made for ADHD folks such as yourself.

Remind us again how smart you are, chubby. Use a little Latin. Chicks dig Latin.
