So if Muslims in America started organizing militias...

Are those things we call militias and that call themselves militias actually real militias in the constitutional sense? Redneck or otherwise. Arent what we talk about here actually paramilitary gangs?

Doesn't stop them from buying Bushmasters as long as they havent broken too many laws, though.

I'm uncomfortable with any militia in the US. I'm marginally less concerned about a Muslim Militia than a Redneck one. I can always convert to Islam, I can't become white. By marginally I'm screwed either way, one gives me enough wiggle room to come up with a plan.

However that was the plan of the Founding Fathers and until we get the courage to take charge of our country I have to accept their decisions which are equally accepting of BOTH militias.

Finally someone with enough courage to both answer the question AND serve his country. Thanks for both.

You can't buy unlimited "assault rifles" over the internet. Try another tab stupid.

What is the mechanism that would prevent them from buying as many weapons as they choose to?

Gun laws, MORON

Is this anything like Rand Paul's change of heart on the whole issue of use of drones in America? Turns out he was only ever opposed to using them on the good guys! He still wants them used on the bad guys!

The problem was buying drones over the internet.

Which gun laws specifically? Can you cite these federal laws?

Remember, these would be the same "gun laws" that the NRA says are illegitimate. Once you concede that there are some gun laws that are OK under the Second Amendment, the main excuse for not having more of them has been eliminated.

Precisely! What law specifically would keep them, as a group, from making repeated purchases over a period of time until they had as many weapons as they could afford?

Followup question: Why do people with "weak to no argumenet" resort to name calling to try to bolster their point of view?

Better question, why do you change tabs, you are still a MORON.;)

What "tabs"? What ARE you talking about? Oh, and . . .

What law specifically would keep them, as a group, from making repeated purchases over a period of time until they had as many weapons as they could afford?

So there are only federal laws on gun control.

State laws can be broken by going to a new state. Gun laws (and really a lot of laws) are pointless if they aren't done at the national level.

Funny, how many of them, primarily our God King Byron don't seem to care that the 2nd mentions arms not guns. It's like the Founding Fathers were stupid enough that they couldn't possibly imagine big bombs even though bombs existed in their day but at the same time they could imagine magazine fed, semi-automatic, laser sights

What law would let them buy as a group? ;)

Really, I cannot buy a gun online is my State without going through the background check. ;)

As a group. :D

If every member goes to a different gun show and buys as many assault weapons as they can, they have, as a group, accumulated a number of weapons. Are you ever going to say how you feel about that, or are you just going to obfuscate until we all die?

That doesn't matter. As long as there are states where you can. Besides the question was what's stopping you from buying several.

You may die, I won't. ;) You can accumulate thousands of weapons, you can only use one at a time.

So now the law doesn't matter. You wonder why I say you are logically stupid. :)

So you support the Muslim Militia'a right to accumulate as many weapons as the want? That's all we needed to know. Thank you for answering.
