I have yet to win an immunity ELLIE but as I told a friend, I am only going to write in the categories in which I feel comfortable and leave it at that. I've already written 23 new pieces in 2013 and we're just beginning April. More will appear but need to be edited. Nor do I plan to write only for the contest, we'll see what fits where. I do have some erotic fantasy fic planned, but want the time to do them justice.

I am the opposite I guess, I joined the contest to stretch my comfort zones but I imagine I will burn out soon as I feel a lot of self imposed pressure to keep up a steady stream of stories in categories I wouldn't have considered before, as well as keeping up with the series I already have a couple of readers complaining about lack of updates. I am enjoying it at the moment but should you ask me next month I may feel differently

Not only that, with doing this as a job, there are indeed time restraints. The latest thing I need to figure out is an "Earth Day" story and as I am not entirely sure what that entails, I'll need to figure it out fast.

I too had trouble navigating that one. We tend to know more about earth hour here in Australia and from information I could find on the actual earth day anything with an environmental angle is permissable.

Oh about the same, nothing much has changed other then dating a couple of women. No luck on the job front though just yet but trying a new tactic though so we'll see how it goes.

Everything is cool The drugs seem to be reducing my cyst, but I am still advised to have surgery. I'm still planning and debating that...
