Girl, you might wind up feeling frustrated and forever repressed if you don't act on your feelings now. And that can be far worse than just feeling guilty. Those are my thoughts. Better now, than never.

Tell him you love him. Tell him you're happy to share your life with him. But tell him you need this. If he loves you, it's a discussion. Don't relent, especially if you think your future husband gives you all the romantic attention you need. If you want romantic attention from a woman, e.g. something that your future husband isn't giving you, then pay attention to that! If you only want sex and sensuality, explain it like that.
