Help please

I have an I pad, I use it for everything.... Dose any one know how to upload pics from it to lit and I want need a good photo hosting site that I can make my stuff private...I don't want my photos re used with out my permission...and would my Dropbox work for this, thanks so much please pm your responses...

I sometimes post from my iPad - it's the hosting site that important. Dropbox may be used, but you have to tighten the security and privacy measures.

You upload the photos from an iPad the same way you would from a laptop or a desktop, except it can be a bit more arduous.

And for what it's worth, if you post something on the net, there's always a possibility that someone will reuse it. It's pretty easy to download a photo from the internet. If you don't want anyone to see or to use, don't post it.

I use photobucket and also tumblr for this same purpose. They both have free Apps. They are both easy to upload to.

Once uploaded, Photobucket is way easier to copy the url link, because it gives you multiple formats for coding, including the ... coding, so it's easy to cut and paste directly into Lit. The downside of Photobucket, is that they have strict content rules - anything resembling a bare bum, and they delete it. I've also not found a way to make my photobucket pics private, but then again I haven't really tried. I can take a pic, edit it, and have it on Lit within a minute or less.

Tumblr is more difficult to link to from an iPad, but you can make your stuff private.



It terms of keeping your pics private and unuseable by others, LOL. good luck. once you post something on the internet, assume that it's been copied, downloaded, reposted, and no longer your sole property. Make sure you are okay with that before you start posting pics - you'll never be able to delete them - even if you think you have.
