yeah, the boobs probably are silicone, but that doesn't mean she isn't female. Het women are huge consumers of boob jobs-- they tend to want to have big ones for the boys.

Well, I'm sure it's happened, but the medical treatment for body-building and for gender transition are pretty much the exact opposite of each other-- the testosterone blockers and estrogen replacement cause a loss of muscle mass and an increase in the whatchamacallit fat index.

"man hands" mean hands with a lot of muscle on them, reshaping the fingers, palm, back and wrists. This result comes from "man work" -- like, lifting weights. Also, steroids. My hands look like "man hands," because I do a lot with them. But if I started HRT they would look even more so...

I know men with daintier hands then me, because their work is cerebral and not manual.

About dicks, I don't actually know so much. I'd bet that some of the problem is these guys use ALL of their energy elsewhere on their bodies... conjecture only, there.
