Are you serious? Have you ever really looked? Depending on the temperature of your body, your level of activity, and a lot of other things your dick can be a 2 inch "turtle head" or hanging a good 4-5 inches. Your scrotum can also be tight as a drum or swinging low sweet chariot. And.....the little guy and the boys don't always cooperate like they should.

Funny true story. I recently had to go to a new doctor who turned out to be a very attractive, relatively young (for me at least) woman. After some discussion, she said she'd have to give me a complete physical and took me to a room to get undressed while she went to get a "chaperone" since their practice required such for "personal exams" given to men by women doctors. How silly. I wondered if the same were true the other way.

Don't think they would clang together as much as fighting each other for the same space. By one hanging lower than the other they make for a "slimmer" profile. If balls were next to each other, men would always sit with their legs as far apart as possible, and would walk sort of funny (bow-legged?).
