The first reason why one cannot converse with them is that they have no moral foundation. Not only that, but they are proud of it. Even worse, for those with a moral fondation, they hnder and harass anyone who dares claim a moral imperative as a truth. To them, there are no truths, self evident or not.

"We just disagree", not a bad song, but it is the theme song of the left, "There ain't no good guys, there ain't no bad guys...."

No moal foundation, no right or wrong, no good or evil, no black and white....only shades of grey. They can butcher a baby for fuck their brother in the ass and who is to say it is right or wrong?

Any person with morals and ethics; that's who can say it is evil. And explain why.

If they have the courage to confront me at all, they will come whining and claim that they do have a moral system but it depends on where you are in your monthly curse as to whether it is right or wrong; and that it is relative and subjective and everyone has their own code of conduct and none is better than the other.

Truly sad.

So...the first reason you can not and should not talk to a liberal lefty is that they have no honor at all, because they have no values, because values depend upon right and wrong, good and evil. So don't even try to talk with them, not worth the effort and you will get no where.

The second reason....the entire left of the spectrum of political thought 'believe' that the conduct of an indiviudal or a group within a social arena is determined by what is best for the group as a whole.

That is to say that in China, forced abortion is moral, in Britain and Canada, rationing medicine to the old is right and moral because it serves the greater good of the group.

In America is is moral to give an eight year old child a condom without parental consent. For the overall good of society, of course. I mean they are gonna have sex at ten anyway, so why not make it safe sex for the kiddies? Group or social, 'values', determined by the needs of the group or society.

Groups have no values, they are mobs. Society is an abstract, it does nol exist in reality. No? Touch it, asshole!

Values, morals, ethics, right and wrong, good and bad are all, and only, defined by the individual with the fundamental value being life itself...individual life.

The Left are cowards; all of them. With no rules of moral conduct, they can never be held responsible for their own actions; they always blame it on social conditions and environments, never themselves.

How can one compromise with these people in order to coexist?
