Hi Guys

So I have used photoshop and lightroom over the years for the standard photo clean up etc. that my job requires, but I have never attemptedto try anything "artistic" with settings copy, paste, layers etc. That is until this week, I decided with a week off work I would give it a whirl and see what happens.

So the pic is attached here and I would appreciate any comments good or bad, anything you feel needs chainging etc or simply let me know what you think.

If light is coming from behind, the character will have dark shadows all over. Blur/ Darken the outline of the character so that it blends with the background.

I used inner and outer glow to make the character pop which I just knew was a bad idea but I ran with it anyway. She does stand a little too far out of the background instead of being part of it. Damn my foolishness

Thanks for the response.

the edges of her body and hair shouldn't be white. They should match the BG. The lighting also doesnt match the shadows on the girl. Her skintone should also match the lighting you have pasted her into.
