I hate to burst your bubble, but an enema doesn't eliminate the risk of infection, it only reduces it. Hepatitis A is transmitted via the fecal-oral route and is still a possibility. If you want to practice safer forms of this kind of sex, I'd suggest requesting a Hep A vaccination from your health care provider and using dental dams for any oral-anal contact.

I believe your exact words were "so there isn't any risk of infection" - which led me to believe you thought an enema totally eliminated that possibility. I'm hardly a Rhodes scholar but my reading comprehension isn't exactly rock bottom, either.
