Any good ones? I feel like most of them are either too clinical or too pornographic, and I find myself limited with regard to synonyms. What are your favorites?

Cunt, pussy, cunny for historical fantasy, little whatsit for crackfic. Panocha (a cake of sugar) for any Spanish-speaking characters I might write.
Sorry if words for female genitalia seem too pornographic, that's just the way our language and culture rolls.
What words do you use for penis?
His hand reached between her legs, found her entrance, reached inside ...
ROBGRAHAM, PILOT, DGHEAR, BOXLICKER are good synonyms for pussy.
Thats what I used to call my wifes pussy. Oh how I wanted to visit Matilda every chance I could get

History was much cruder than we are now. Except for the Victorians, a spade was a spade-- and a cunt was a cunt. there wasn't a lot of mealymouthing going on.i have no brilliant advice, just wanted to empathize. i don't love the word 'pussy'. it sounds juvenile to me, like the girl equivalent of wee-wee. i used it in my stories, though, cause of the lack of alternatives. in character creativity can work well, but not all my characters are that creative...
sometimes 'pussy' has a completely wrong feel, though. in historical fantasy, i think i've used 'opening' or avoided naming it, at all ('he slide in', 'she licked her', 'she fingered her wetness').
