I used to work in a jail and it was not a good thing and actually against the rules to hook up with inmates.

I would take that over any major 3rd world African/middle eastern town...the level of funk/disease in that part of the world is unbelievable.

Yup...and just like most rules there reason it's a rule is because somone did it.

A couple of years ago we had a deputy try and get the number of the female inmates as they were getting released. Yeah he got canned. He was a shit bag anyway.
