I think I've lost my ability to blurt in isolation, and this thread isn't helping matters either.
It's the glass doors, isn't it?

I know someone with flying monkeys.![]()
Could I send them off to rip my unsuspecting undergraduate no-shows out of their beds? That would be most satisfying. Doubly so if they beat the no-shows' bed partners with a broomstick, too.
Is it my imagination, or are assholes breeding in the Editors Forum and the GB?

It is a sunny day on the beach.
The views from my front garden are stunning.
One walked past a few minutes ago. For a few seconds I wished I was fifty years younger. But I remembered I'm not, and even I had been, the competition for such an attractive young lady would have been fierce.
I can just appreciate the view...
The view is something we can all appreciate at any time of our lives. Enjoy.
I hate not having a car.![]()
This is the last job for this rig for this oil company. We are drilling on the May Ranch and have been on and off for over a year. The owner of the ranch, his wife, the ranch cook, and ranch foreman stopped by this afternoon and delivered a plate lunch for every hand working here.
Barbecued brisket, homemade potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans, corn, green beans, bread and iced tea. A feast for us, here in the field.
It was in thanks for our taking care of the land we worked on and the roads in and out of the area. We kept the place clean and watched out for his stock and people.
It was a nice gesture and we appreciate it.
