Gino Cappelletti, color commentator for the Patriots, retired today. I'm nervous about this season. Too much has been going on in New England.

Was surprised when I read that. I thought he and Gil Santos would ride off into the sunset together, and I know Santos took some heat for kind of slipping last year. You're right, a lot of stuff. And I was just starting to enjoy the Summer of Gronk
Cappeletti was a tic before my time as a player, but was one of my role models. I was a straight-on kicker in high school and for half a season in college when our regular guy almost got killed by a cheap shot in practice. He had a quick, compact approach I tried to imitate.
Camp hasn't even started yet. Hope you can relax a bit before the season starts. Perhaps I could be of some assistance

I've been thinking. What's the point in getting hair plugs if part of your job is to wear a helmet? Won't the helmet wear away at the plugs? I don't know. See, this is the kind of nonsense that enters my head, floats around without making actual contact with my brain, then I put it on your thread.
