Of course you don't. And you wouldn't unless you were on the receiving end. Then you'd whine like a little baby about your "constitutional rights". Fuckin' god damn hypocrite.

One eye is taken for an eye.

Welcome comrade to the new obama's United Socialist States of Amerikka

If he is aware of this action and does not employ his Executive power to address it correctly...

...then, yes, I see your point.

Edit to add:

However...

...as individuals, those officers are ultimately fully responsible for their fascist actions.

Exactly. :p:p:p

It would seem that the police are out of control, yet the full story is only realized long after the initial confrontation. Who's to say what happened before camera's started rolling or what was edited out of the footage shown.

Having once been a law enforcement officer, I can tell you that confrontation between the police and citizens at large are always charged with emotion. And while 99% of the people present are law abiding citizen just exercising their Constitution right, there are that 1% who are there just to cause trouble and try to provoke just the kind of outburst that was portrayed in the video.

haha
dude look at your own POV: police = devils, citizens = poor innocent lambs

bottom line, you weren't there. therefore you have no clue what it was about, why it transpired the way it did, who did what, etc.

if you aren't in full possession of the facts, why go off half-cocked?

Folks are probably lucky only one was shot.

The shooting sparked a melee in the neighborhood as some threw rocks and bottles at officers who were securing the scene for investigators to collect evidence. Sgt. Bob Dunn, the department's spokesman, said that as officers detained an instigator, the crowd advanced on officers so they fired bean bags and pepper balls at them.

Some in the crowd moved a Dumpster into an intersection and set its trash on fire on at least three separate occasions, while officers kept responding to move it out of the way of traffic.

After the shooting, and while police were investigating the incident, Dunn said a group of people encircled the officers and began throwing things, including bottles and possibly rocks, at them.

It hasn't been explained why the citizen was shot, but the crowd was armed with bottles and rocks and threw them at the police. Assault with a deadly weapon.

Leave facts out of it!

The "facts" you cite are only what the police spokesman told reporters - there are no other "facts" published yet.

The man was shot after police saw 3 or 4 guys in an alley who fled when they saw officers approaching; after being chased, the man was shot dead by police. I will not be surprised if the standard I thought he was reaching for a weapon reason is deployed.

So, vette: all those folks who were not "possibly" (that's what the spokesman said) throwing rocks and weren't armed with bottles (did you see any so "armed" in the video?) who the police then shot, and roughed-up, and had the dog unleash upon them...

...can they sue the cops for "Assault with a deadly weapon", too?

You posted your "facts", why can't we. :)
