Obama using taxpayers as 'Human Shields' to force his tax increase

So the 14 billion JenTheIdiot was bitching about a couple of post above is even less than a rounding error.

I thought y'all were on the same team. Why are you saying she's an idiot and putting her down for being worried over 14 billion:confused:

You aren't very nice.

Wow, Thank you for showing your true colors. I pity you.

Don't know why, Jen is an idiot. So much so that we ran her off these boards for ignorance.

Obama's thousands of new IRS agents unleashed to rake in taxes.. yes TAXES.. for HIS healthcare law, will mean people will have to forgo paying for NEEDS (food, clothing and shelter), in governmental preference to the WANT of health insurance. In point of fact, people will have their homes foreclosed, and people will go homeless by IRS action for ObamaCare.

See, this is what I'm talking about regarding your rankness, coach...

...on this specific point, you're - at best - ignorant, and - at worst - a friggin' liar.

Under current law, the IRS can only physically collect the healthcare tax by deducting it from income tax return refunds due - that's it: they have no legal authority to have "homes foreclosed", and anyone who pays Uncle Sam so much taxes they get a refund which they depend on to keep them from becoming "homelesss"...

...certainly doesn't receive any practical sympathy from me if, indeed, they do become "homeless" from having their healthcare tax deducted from their income tax refund, into which they obviously overpaid to begin with.

I consider forcing individuals to purchase government-mandated healthcare unconstitutional...

...I also consider Chief Justice Robert's and the majorities' opinion that Congress has the constitutional power to tax anything unconstitutional is the very definition of inanity.

But, my question here is:

Why do you choose to employ the same disingenuous tools you pose to criticize your alleged enemies for using?

The IRS has a million ways to get what they want, and most are only one step away from Buggsie Moran and Al Capone... like putting a lien on your house, garnishing wages, etc

I'm just the greatest sonbitch the hell ever spat out.

I'll give you that one, you are one of the biggest bastards on the board. Now for the bad news, while you are in the top 10 but sadly you are not number 1.

And remember, I have the power to get you fired. Okay I don't but I might!

You have a way to go explaining that one, coach.

It's okay Jen. I'll always be here to call you stupid and with any luck someday your ignorance will be defeated and rainbow farting alicorns will fly from sea to shining sea.

It's okay Sean, what ever floats that sinking boat of yours

The IRS cannot put a lien on anyone's house or garnish anyone's wages to collect the healthcare "tax"...

...they can only keep an individual's income tax refund to apply toward whatever healthcare "tax" balance anyone may owe.

That's the truth, coach; that's what the law states...

...so why do you have such a problem with the truth?

So..

..We have a President who will personally pick and choose the laws he will support or not

..we have an Attorney General that had a border agent shot, and won't even provide documents to Congress when challenged about it

..we've got executive orders in place of both the Congress and the Supreme Court

..the IRS has never failed to take whatever they want, whenever they want, and it will be your problem to EVER see it again...

and we're supposed to believe there's a law that means a fucking thing when Obama wants his tax?

How much money do you make a year, coach?
