Seafood kebab seems alien to me. Unless you mean just any stick-on-the-barbie and not the mid-east mutton dish.
Mutton and shrimp doesn't seem an intuitive combo.
Suggest shrimp, baby tomatoes, squash.

So yeah, you're talking about a general spit roast, not a kebab. Kebab in my vocabolary is a special thingy with specific seasoning and sauces. And made out of things that go 'baa'.
