Because I see it written (typed..whatever) so many different ways, I'm unsure of the correct way to 'spell' this.

Is it:

1) i-Phone
2) iPhone
3) i-phone
4) I-Phone

Google results give primarily #2, but I want to be sure that's correct before I change it in the story I'm editing.

Quit the details. I was like you once. Worried about details. I've written 296 stories, self-edited. Made some mistakes, sure. None bigger than SR.

It's the Apple standard; iPhone ,iPad, iPlayer, iTunes etc. You could always use 'smartphone' to be generic.
