It sounds to me like healthcare insurance is now mandatory. Also that insurance companies can't deny coverage due to your current health.
Also, If you can't afford the premiums with respect to an income formula, the government will help pay.
Nowhere does it say that your premuims will go up because the insurance company has to insure unhealthy people.

When people are promised 'free health care', accountability for it went out the window. Lots of things not said, because the truth is they can't. Truth is that those who take 'free' stuff overindulge and glut themselves, such that where a bandaid would be all they'd buy personallly, they now demand a CAT scan, and a brain surgeon. The costs get passed along, and the taxes go up to pay for it. Yes, everyoen now gets 'covered', and everyone also gets taken to the cleaners to pay for health care abuse on steroids. And anyone who thinks the government is your friend, and will help you afford it, has NO FUCKING IDEA why the entire bill is loaded with IRS enforcement. The fact is, the IRS will take your house to pay for exhorbitant new health care taxes, and never even think twice about it.
