Needle-phobic me did NOT need to hear these words today:

"We're so sorry Mrs. _____, we entered your blood under the wrong patient name and now the results have been lost. You'll have to come back in to get your blood tested again."

Bring them a vial of cabernet sauvignon and tell them you had a friend help out to save them the trouble.

Good luck! I'll be thinking of you. :rose:

As an aside, do you take fish oil? It's supposed to be good for depression, from what I've read, though I think it takes forever to work. It's also just good for you in general, too.

You are the second person to talk about fish oil to or around me in a week. I'm going to have to try it. :rose::kiss:

I have passed the minimum requirements on the application and am waiting to hear if I will get an interview. nervous

I have this feeling that if you prepare, relax and have fun with it, you'll be prepared, relaxed and fun.

You can do it. And even if you don't get it, you can peg the skills you need to beef up your resume.

Good luck, with the job and with the meds cessation. A lot going on for you!

I think about it frequently.

And have to remind myself that it was only 25% that I didn't, and 75% that I couldn't.

There's something very deeply satisfying in growing at least a part of your own food, or picking, hunting or fishing it yourself. Then cooking it and serving it to people you love.

I love food! There, I said it!

Third person here. I take a high-EPA, low-DHA oil. I started taking it just a few months after starting using regular hard exercise (very successfully) to combat depression, so I don't honestly know how effective it is but I certainly have not had any true depression in that time (about 18 months drug-free, despite life being immensely stressful with my mum dying and my job turning to utter shit in that time), which is a miracle for me. Bunny's right - they say it takes about 12 weeks of consistent use for it to start helping (and in any case is v good for your heart health, so it can't HURT to take it!)

It's going to be all good experience. I'm just ready to hear from them!

Thanks for the information. I'm looking at doing the exercise thing too. I'm frustrated that I can't just jump in really hard though. I have to build up to doing the easy stuff again. :(

I fucking love her shirt and pokemon.. I wonder if shed like to play the role of the beast, and I, the master

Just propositioned by a Dom.

Hurriedly slapped "dominant" into my profile again.

It's because I post about cooking and Taylor Swift, isn't it? Really. You can tell me.

Wine is more submissive than bourbon? What if I sip it from the dried, bleached skull of an enemy?

Maybe it's my new NASCAR cap with "submissive" stenciled across it.

Well ummm, I did live in whitetrashville for a long time and I cannot recall seeing any male drink wine.
