Making a good movie great

I'm not much into movie analysis. I don't worry about a message that's trying to be sent, or hidden meanings in words or whole scenes.
But there are movies I enjoy watching that could be better with simple enhancements.
For example, I'm fond of The Replacement Killers. I saw it years ago, then caught it on one of the movie channels recently and recorded it on my DVR. I've watched it twice since then.
There are so many scenes I like in that movie ... but it could be better.
For instance, Mira Sorvino is clearly athletic as she races around with that shirt unbuttoned in that tight sports bra or whatever it is.
And then it hit me. The Replacement Killers goes from a B+ movie to a solid A if only Sorvino had bigger tits.
I'm thinking A+ with D cups.
How about it, movie fans. Name a good movie and tell us what it would take to make it great.

There'd be far fewer nude scenes.
Personally I don't understand an actor who refuses nude scenes. Nudity has always been part of the job and being body shy seems to go against the whole performer attitude.
Weird.

Movie: Election

Change: Matthew Broderick tossing the votes into the garbage for someone to find ruined the film. Considering Reese Witherspoon got caught doing the same thing earlier - and considering that Broderick's character is supposed to be smart - this was a piss-poor choice by the director.
