I'm glad I went out. The music was good - acquaintance of mine is the lead singer & I said I would go. But I didn't know anyone there and the bar was full of well-formed groups.

I stayed for about an hour and a half, had one drink and left. Enjoyed the music but between the volume and group dynamic, I didn't talk to a single person other than the bartender. Bleh.

I did get out! The music was good and when I saw him later that week, he told me he was glade I came.
