Little one is having surgery soon.
We are doing well.

nothing worse then that everything merged that day to save me alot of heartache. if my wife wasn't interested in talking to someone and if she hadn't let my kids go play at the park with my oldest daughter instead of be in line with her (first time she did that) the outcome would have been vastly different.
everyone is health and as happy as can be.

the benafit of being ADD is I rarely think about yesterday. what could have been is just another way of saying what will never be.

I apologize for yesterday and just want you to know I wasn't being childish. For the past few years, I've suffered from crashing bouts of depression. They come out of no where and just consume me. I fight them as best I can, but yesterday saw three waves just wash in and took me over by surprise. There's nothing I can do about them, except battle them as best I can and hope they pass quickly.
Again, my apologies and I'll try to get back to normal as soon as I can. I so hate my life.

Good afternoon Lance. No need to apologize. EVER. I understand what you're dealing with because I've been there too and I've had to deal with it ever since I was a teen. Do what you need to get through it and come back when you're ready. You're a lucky man to have such a wonderful and caring woman like Tricia to be with you and help you. Best thing to fight of depression is movement. The release of endorphins. When you get pissed, go for a walk. Or kick the garbage can. Or play some music.

Yeah. My sister and I could be really spoiled. My sister more as I was the older one.
But you know we would go to India and see where my parents grew up, especially my father and I would be thankful for the fact that he could spoil us. Yes sometimes we were ungreatful. But mostly we knew how hard he had to work to get where he is today.

Same as me. I went back to Scotland and saw where I was born and where my Ma and Da worked. I used to think our place here wasn't so great, until I saw what we came from. I was very thankful for everything I had after that. I think it taught me the pride of working hard and acheiving goals and buying things, that when it was given, it wasn't so important, as much as when I'd earned it.
