Depends on the drugs....vasoconstrictors like coke/X/meth (usually uppers) can have an effect on boners. The degree to which the effects occur depend on body mass, age, health, dose etc.

Weed...makes sex fucking amazing for both ime...

Booze bad idea.....hard to fuck when you're just trying to keep from falling off the planet.

Opiates can be good but are super sketchy drugs...they can easily dull the PNS/CNS to the point you can't be stimulated and or you die.

But my boyfriend on the other hand did alot of drugs before I met him, like almost everyday, so I was wondering if that would have a long term effect on his performance?

Depends on the strain. A sativa gets me really sexual arousing, but an indica won't. It'll make me fall deeper into the couch.
I never understood people buying weed that they have no idea what it is.

I guess I'm lucky and have known a couple of growers for years.

lol, well certian types of weed can lower performance....ime a nice sativa makes sex better, idk what it is but it turns me in a a fucking machine of sorts as it's much easier to control my orgasm damn near indefinitely, or until she whispers something extra naughty in my ear.
