While PETA Frets About Dead Fish Suffering While Being Tossed In Fish Markets...

Link is not loading for me. Are they tossing camels? Cause that would be hilarious.

Fish suffer 'explosive decompression'?
What a load of crap!
Working on a tuna boat, I never once saw a fish come up that had it's swim bladders 'ruptured'. In fact, if we had done that to our fish, our Japanese buyer would have rejected the catch.
Our buyer frequently rejected a fish that might have had it's skin marked during handling - because that would 'bruise' the meat and make it below sushi grade.
Our fish were spiked to kill them (instant death), cleaned, wrapped in bubble wrap, and chilled... all within a couple of minutes of landing on the deck.
They most certainly did not undergo any 'prolonged suffering'.

Forgot to add: our decks were covered in 1inch thich soft rubber to cushion the fish as they were landed.

They also suffer death. And then they're cooked and eaten.

Heh - I'm going fishing this week. Need to restock the freezer.
I noticed that the market has shark selling for $35/kg! That's just insane!

PETA gets pissed when fish market workers throw dead fish from one worker to another, a common practice in a large fish market.

Hell, when I'm dead you can throw me anywhere, anytime, and sell me off piecemeal to the highest bidder. Why would I care?

Any PETA members out there? If this is true, I don't get it.

Now I'll go look at those camels....
