Finally - something to make cricket interesting again.

One of the most boring games on the planet. But now there's a new player.... The Maasai Warriors.
I watched a clip of their game in South Africa, and thought it was hilarious that the Warriors refused to wear cricket whites and played in their traditional clothes, complete with beads.
Not sure how they went, but who cares?!
It's cool when something like this happens... sports people/groups take themselves entirely too seriously.

My buddies dad came here from England and got on a baseball team.

The guys on the other teams hated him because he would swing at anything, and hit it.

Yeah - the last time I found cricket interesting was during the rebel tour of South Africa (by the Aussie team) way back in the mid-80's.
And that may have been because I was an usher for the Durban game.

I am officially adopting the Maasai team as mine as of now

I've always wanted to play Cricket- it seems like baseball extreme. Watching Shaun beat the hell out of zombies with a cricket bat solidified it for me.
