The most "conservative" province in Canada, Alberta, is currently having a hategasm against the Wildrose Party for daring to suggest that people should be allowed basic moral and religious conscience rights.

In the United States, however, this is long established mainstream law. The EEOC guidelines in fact are not even controversial and frankly make a whole lot of sense (quite a feat for that usually idiotic agency):

Thank God, we still live in a free country that defends our basic rights, instead of distorting rights into a perverse definition that creates the tyranny we see today in Canada, even in its most "conservative" province. The question is how long will liberty reign in our country considering the current climate and government? We must be ever vigilent we don't deteriorate into the surreal tyranny to our North.

Typical.
You're twisting this into something it's not.
Tyranny to your North?
Lol

What the Wildrose Party is suggesting would increase discrimination against gays and lesbians as well as those who seek abortions.
That is the fundamental thing that the opponents are arguing about.
So you see, the opponents to this are arguing FOR the rights and freedoms of the average person. Not what you are insinuating.

Btw, Danielle Smith is saying she would do this if she were elected Premier of the province. This is simply an empty campaign promise to try and get the more ignorant people to vote for her.

I've lived all over the great white north and free.
A tyranny we are not.

I think it's time for your meds now.

opression seriously? here's a few examples of what happens if Wildrose gets their way

a 14 year old girl goes to her doctor and asks for birth control pills to help with her cycle...... the doctor refuses because it's against his beliefs , despite his knowing full well the health benefits and he'd rather see a pregant 14 year old girl being fruitful and muliplying

an interracial couple elope and decide to get married.. but the only comissioners then can find refuse to marry them .. because they object to the " colours mixing"

a guy has been working for years at a company and is their top earner across the board.. he then gets fired and can't adress his greivances because he's gay and his company wont tolerate homosexuals in their workplace

only you would see these things as a good idea, renard

She then has her parents take her to another doctor, having learned to CALL AHEAD to see if they prescribe BC pills.

As if that'll ever happen.

dear uneducated twat

she tries to get her parents to call another doctor, but her dad beats her viciously for being such a slut as to need birth control

or possibly, she doesnt need her parents consent to get them in the first place... then again, you wouldnt know that.. because you're a fucking moron

and the interracial marriage opposement not happening?

really? what planet are you on?

I suppose this guy doesnt exist

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/15/interracial-couple-denied_n_322784.html

and remember these guys?

http://www.patheos.com/blogs/friend...against-interracial-couples-becoming-members/

and as for the last part... it's okay to fire a guy solely for being gay.. because I support a religons right to exist?

yes, that mango makes a wonderful toaster

If you're wondering why that didnt make sense.. it's because its more well thought out then your pathetic attempt at deflection
