Mayor Bloomberg proposed to the USDA that receipients not be allowed to buy sugar rich soft drinks and was told too bad. The stupid parent (usually a single parent home) can buy what they want.

I don't normally venture over to this part of the forum.. But what about the disabled people that are UNABLE to work and this rely on foodstamps/welfare to live? Should we just shoot them for being disabled?
