that's your bp????

am i going to die???

bear in mind that i was running around after a toddler that day, and i client died, and i was only at the docs' to pic up a script for my sister who'd just had an op. so if it's shit it's because i was stressed!

killing a client never is good for the blood pressure.

Now, now. Don't get all excited.

About 135/75. When they were plundering my colon a few months back, I came out of the sleep at 110/60. That Michale Jackson shit is funky.
somebody keeps threatening to plunder my colon.
the thought of it does something to my pulse rate.

i've never had any mj drugs. am i missing out?

you got the good meds but i got a piece of paper!

yeah, that's right. a piece of paper.
and it's allll mine.

i haven't decided what i'll do with it yet...

BP machines can be a little finicky at times. It's best to take at least a couple of readings, especially in the event of what appears to be a spurious reading. There's nothing wrong with a systolic blood pressure of 90-119.

These are very rough guidelines.

Code:
LDL	HDL	Cholesterol	Triglycerides	Blood Pressure BMI

< 100	> 40	120< x <200	< 150 < 120/< 80 < 25

 the number thing is confusing.
explain. use small words.

i get roughly that sort of reading most times.
i'm a total sucker for those toys!
and the doc takes it the old fashioned way.
that's not a weird reading for me.

the toys are pretty new. waiting rooms used to be all old mags & dog eared leaflets. now they have scaled that calculate bmi and bp machines, with little print out slips in case you really wanted to know and weren't just playing with the really cool toys!

Fairly simple,

you want your LDL to be less than 100, your HDL to be over 40, your total cholesterol over 120 but less than 200, your triglycerides under 150, your systolic BP under 120, your diastolic BP under 80 and your BMI under 25.

That's not all that difficult, is it ?
