Sunday Check IN

I was joshing about the 50 pounds. I like that company and want them to do well.

I was wrong about freezing btw, and just took mine out of the freezer

Wow, that's really interesting. "When you break down these oils by freezing, you are removing the flavor." I had no idea. Thanks, Johnny!

Oh, and thanks, Indie, too. Although I'm not too sure on the prostitute bit....

Don't thank me, thank Petey!

He knows his hookers.

I know, right?

Anyone who didn't know you don't freeze coffee before the Internets existed is a weirdo.

I am driving down the road the other day and saw ten cars lined up at a drive through coffee stand. What the hell is wrong with these people? Make the coffee at home, save putting another paper cup in the trash, and save some money while you are at it.

Why would anybody do that?

Now I know why. They are storing coffee in the freezer and fucking up their brew.

I'm thinking, any coffee frozen before the Internets would be pretty stale and yucky, about now.....
Just for you: Anyone who didn't already know, especially before the Internets caused the Information Revolution and ushered in an era in which nobody has any excuse not to know anything, that freezing coffee is like throwing it away, is a weirdo.

Lol...! Suddenly it all becomes clear...

<--- Weirdo. (And for many other reasons as well, but let's not go there)

The manager of a local coffee purveyor was who told me to do it, many years ago. Not that this is a great excuse. Besides, I rarely have enough surplus to do more than drink it.
