Not as terribly exciting as all of the 'girls gone wild' watchers have been hoping, but I'm looking forward to seeing my friends and family.

And my puppums!

Now I don't know if you're making fun of me or not.

But if you aren't, then thanks! :D :D :D

I wasn't mocking you, I was being serious. Your posts always make me smile.

I didn't get to enjoy myself as I should have back around your age so I live vicariously through you.

Good choice, LC. Growing up in Los Angeles, I never had the opportunity to enjoy playing in the snow. I live vicariously through a Slurpee machine in Decatur, Illinois.

Ahh, but at least with the slurpee machine it's okay to eat the colored snow.

I'm very much looking forward to spring break too. I live on the edge of a university in a major university town. :D

I'm home, and my family made a few changes in the meantime.

They bought a wii (sexy black one, not that white thing) and a blu-ray player (get that horrible thing AWAY from me!), a flatscreen TV, and a surround sound system.

And now I have the crappy TV in my room, along with the Nintendo 64, who wasn't cool enough to sit next to the blu-ray player, the PS2 and the black wii. Also the VCR!

We're getting rid of most of our VHS's. It makes me sad, but I got to go through and save those who deserved to be saved. Dinosaur, Shrek, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Blues Brothers, I'll never forget you!!

While digging through the old cupboards, I found a 'sweating to the oldies' exercise tape. Words cannot describe the hilarity that ensued.

Glad to be home, glad to have a queen-sized bed with springs instead of a skinny foam pad lofted above the floor. I'm happy that I don't need a key to use the bathroom or take a shower, I'm glad to see my family and puppums. I got to see my sister in her middle-school play. She played the cheshire cat.

All and all, it's been a GREAT first day of break.
