You've heard it before, if gas prices are high, then we'll be forced to develop alternative fuels. Some want US gas prices to match Europe's.

So if Europe's gas prices are so great, why haven't Europeans developed an alternative fuel?

Simple answer, because that isn't the goal. The goal is to kill capitalism and institute Marxism.

Yes, that's it.

Oil companies have nothing to do with stopping alternative fuel endeavors.

We're you born a brainless twat or did you have to work at it?

Don't most Europeans bike or walk everywhere? I thought that was why they were generally hotter then us.

Who wants the US gas prices to match Europe's?

Europe has a working mass transit system like most of Asia does so they did develope an alternative by the way.

PS: Capitalism is immortal. There is no way to kill it and Marxism is dead there is no way to revive it. Stop thinking about these things. They are clearly to complicated for you to participate in the conversation that needs to come soon.

Hey SCHMUCK

Politico is shedding some light on a three year-old sound bite that continues to haunt the Obama Administration: Energy Secretary Steven Chu’s comments that American gas prices should be as high as Europe’s:

“Somehow,” Chu said, “we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe.”

any other fucking questions you wanna AXE?

That Europe has a working mass transit system, that Capitalism is immortal and that marxism is dead.
But you knew already what facts I meant.

I thought you meant the Chu comment

Now go play in 3 ft of water

Just dont hurt yourself

America isnt organized for mass transit to work in most places.

Simple answers are often simple because they're given by simple people for simple people.

The buses in my home town are fuelled by rape.

No, really. Rape.

And it's a shame. That's no reason not to start moving towards that sort of organization in most places. It's not like New York isn't a decent working model and clearly people aren't fleeing from the only US city with working mass transit. . .well only the rich tax payers who can make the same amount of money elsewhere and have no loyalty to the people who make them rich but that's a story for a different day.

Dumb fucks on the left in the big cities can't get it through their heads that most of the cities in the west go out instead of up.
Not sure what that means. Are you talking about suburban sprawl vs skyscrapers?

Both, those cities that are spread out like most in the west are not suitable to mass transit. City centers are becoming obsolete, people tend to build outer communities and infrastructure designed to remove them from having to go "downtown."

But high speed rail would be handy for getting the drug shipments to town.

And while that's a working system right now that system is completely dependent on oil prices remaining relatively low. Should anything change drastically pretty much ever it's gonna fuck over a lot of people really bad.
